I did this birthday cake for my mother, she has taught school for 35+ years and enjoys her job, she loved the cake and loves her look-a-like !!!! The mini is done from gumpaste along with the other school stuff, and the letters and numbers are done with chocolate modeling clay !!!!

This cake was done for a groom, I loved doing this but it was an odd request, they liked to hike be outside and he loved flying his chinook~~ so I went to work !!! THe Helicopter is done completely from fondant, and the mountain is covered in a thin layer of chocolate the painted to look like a mountain.... anyway it came out really good I think and they enjoyed it !!!
