This is my own special creation based on my then 3 year old's demand for a Marshmallow Lasagne cake (Her favorite Nick, Jr. show gave her the idea). 3 layers of cake, 2 white and 1 chocolate, one layer of frosting filling, one layer of ooey-gooey melted colored mini marshmallows, toped with frosting and decorated with marshmallows drizzled with chocolate......this is a huge hit, but requires a bit of milk to go along with it.....
