10" Butter Pecan w/Praline Filling "Praline Ave", 8" Chocolate Kahlua "Bourbon Street", 6" WASC. I had trouble getting the curly sticks to stand up, :(
10" square and 8" round chocolate, 6' white. Music at bottom is the "Happy Birthday" notes. Fondant over BC; I think I see why most are liking ganache better. Any helpful tips appreciated!

8" heart with pink fondant, pink and white carnations and pink roses. Board and side of cake have diamond pattern with tiny white and pink dots at intersections. Any comments/suggestions welcomed.
The roses were beautiful until I dropped them the 3rd time! I made them using Edna's technique. I wanted to cry when I dropped them and sure was glad this was not a special ordered cake.
