Phantom Of The Opera Sweet 16 Birthday Cake
For my boss' daughter's 16th. She wanted a masquerade party and is quite the singer. POTO is her favorite. The sheet music is edible print torn to look like 'paper mache' attached with piping gel over fondant, the mask and other decorations are gumpaste. The black 'thing' around the back is the cape, I was trying to symbolize theater curtains with it as well, but didn't quite get there. French vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream.

1St Valentine's Day Dance
This is the first V-Day cake I made for work (senior living community) and very new at fondant. Fondant is hard on a heart shaped cake. My boss rushed me and made me stack it in 2 minutes, thus the crookedness! :( Flowers are fondant and bad, but first attempt at those as well,

Wilton Master's Course Final Cake
The first cake I did that was not fondant. Never had I tried any type of piping detail. They don't teach that at my school. I asked if they would teach us how to pipe flowers and such and they said no. Fondant and Gumpaste are the way to go. But I knew I would need these skills so I went to Wilton.
