My Third Cake

This is a pineapple shaped cake i made for a girl at work who is allergic to pineapples....lol It is a pound cake with chocolate-raspberry frosting, mini chocolate chips and fresh raspberries. I used MM fondant for the body and gum paste for the leaves. The leaves are mounted in a hunk of modeling chocolate.

This Is My Second Fondant Cake.

I made this cake for the fourth, the fondant was a bit soft and it didn't turn out quite as I wanted. I was still pretty happy with it :)

My First Fondant Cake!

This is the first cake I ever made with fondant. I made the fondant myself from marshmallows. I made this for a co-workers birthday. I'm pretty proud of it :)
