Ruffles and peony wedding cake. Pearls are hand piped :-)
Made for a little girl called Arya who is having a princess and pirate party :-) sail is made from edible paper and the pearls are edible pearls. I went with 2D characters which I pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle and cut out of modelling paste.
Made for the Cake and Bake Show 2013 at the Excel, London. The theme was fashion through the ages and I went with 1920's flapper fashion as my inspiration. I didnt win, but enjoyed entering my first competition :-) The cake itself is sponge cake as it had to be edible and all decorations are made from flower paste.

The Keep Calm card is made from flower paste. The Cake sizes are 8 inch base and a 6 inch top.
The top cake has a Damask design which was done using a stencil and royal icing.
The union jacks are hand painted as are the design on teh cookies whihc is painted onto a royal icing base.
The flamenco dancer is made from black flower paste. I traced a flamenco dancer and cut around the shape. Flowers are made from flower paste and the cake is 8 inches in diameter.
9 inch, 7 inch and a 5 inch top. Bow is made from flower paste and the pearls are piped royal icing hand painted in silver and lilac.
Made for a lady called Zara for her 30th birthday. The lamp was my third attempt and was made out of a mixture of flower paste and sugarpaste. I hope you like it!

Pingu, Robby and Pinga cake made for a littel boy called Daniel. The whole cake is edible and made of fondant. A bit of flower paste is added to the fondant for the characters to help them harden a little. This cake was a lot of fun to make!

Peppa Pig and George joint birthday cake for six 2 year olds, Eizabeth, Fionn, Georgios, Elsie, Owen and Samuel. The two george's are to represent the two new baby brothers Stanley and Toby :-) This is my first wonky cake :-)
