Birthday cake made for a friends son. The cake is vanilla sponge with rasberry jam and cream filling. Covered in fondant and everything is edible. The tiles on the cake board spell out words of people/things that are special to him.
Made for a colleagues daughter who turned 21 today. I haven't seen the birthday girl but I was told to give her blonde hair just past her shoulders, purple strapless dress, black shoes and bag. I think I've met the brief although I did give her rather big up top! lol. Well I hope she likes it. I also did pink and white cupcakes to match.
I made this for my mother in law who is 70 tomorrow. It started off more rounded but I decided to remove the bottom layer of cake as I just couldn't get it right! lol. Really enjoyed doing the decoration though. Inspiration from a picture I'd seen on the flickr by fantasticake.

This is our 3rd attempt at cake decorating (sister and I) It's a cake for our nieces little boy who is 10 this week. The bottom cake is chocolate and the football is madeira cake, filled with raspberry jam and BC. The hardest part of this cake was figuring out the templates for the football!!
This is our second cake (sister and I) made for my daughter in law for her birthday tomorrow. The cake is choclate marble cake and the cupcakes are chocolate. All the decoration is fondant. I hope she likes it!
