This is a chocolate cake with chocolate amaretto buttercream filling, and dark chocolate ganache covering it. The flowers were made from buttercream using various tips to create multiple textures like an embroidered piece of cloth. My inspiration came from the table runner that the cake is sitting on. The wires have kitchen related charms hanging from them (toaster, pots and pans, cookbook, whisk with eggs, etc.) The bride-to-be loved it!
