An 8" cake, ordered for a young girl who is celebrating turning 19 as well as being accepted into the New South Wales police force. I based the topper on the real police logo (see google) but decided to "pimp it up" with lots of hologram glitter (tiara, buckle, number and the rose leaves). I added the pink roses to make it look a little more feminine as she is a very girlie-girl. Flavour is chocolate fudge cake with chocolate fudge buttercream filling, coated in dark chocolate ganache and covered with Satin Ice fondant.
A small 6" surprise birthday cake for a girl I work with. Her Mum ordered her a surprise cake for the weekend, but I thought I'd surprise them both by supplying a mini cake on her actual birthday. Strawberry cake filled with chocolate fudge buttercream - yum! Covered in Satin Ice fondant (first time using it, an it was AMAZING to work with!)

I wish buttercream photographed better - this cake looks so good in real life! I'm really happy with how it turned out :) The top tier is Peanut Butter & Jelly, and the bottom tier is Chocolate Dream. Everything is edible except for Diego, Swiper and Jaguar.
Vanilla WASC cupcakes with white chocolate buttercream - yum!! I made these to go with the family reunion cake in case some people aren't keen on Banana & Passionfruit cake. I know a lot of kids will go for the cupcakes so I decorated them up specially for them :)

10" Caramel Pecan cake (caramel cake filled with caramel fudge, chopped pecans and a thick toffee sauce) covered with vanilla buttercream.
Pink velvet cake filled with vanilla buttercream. This is my first attempt at piping onto a cake and I wanted to make it look like frilly underwear. I'm happy with how it turned out! The bunny symbol was cut out of black fondant using a sharp knife. I simply printed out the Playboy symbol, cut it out, laid it on the fondant and traced around it with my knife. Easy!
Strawberry butter cake (tinted red) topped with vanilla buttercream icing, red sugar crystals and a red fondant heart.
