Will NEVER make a cake like this again.... Next time it will be 1 cake because the 2 cake thing was a nightmare. HINT: If you're going to carve; make sure your cake is FROZEN!!! I failed to do that and paid dearly. I wasn't happy with this cake; I'm sure you real decorators can see why. BUT the family just ooh'd and ahh'd over it so I gues that's all that matters in the long run. But ME I was almost in tears over it.
FSU- Double Chocolate-- Indian head was a BC transfer. Google it-- MUCH MUCH MUCH easier than hand piping onto the cake. HIGHLY reccommended with tweaks
This is my cupcake version of the Snickers bar. Choco cupcake filled with caramel topped with choco bc and a Snickers bar. I guess you could change the candy on top to be Twix, Musketeers, or Milky Ways and change the name. I REALLY wished I could make some nuget (sp?)
I made these and took to my bank and fire department to hopefully drum up some business. This is my standard recipe with my secret ingredient bc I have to be different from the other people in town.
