Classic Red Rose Wedding Cake
6 9 and 12 inch square wedding cake. Middle tier is Dark Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Filling and Chocolate Fudge BC. The other 2 tiers are almond cake with vanilaa bean BC. Covered in MMF and black ribbon accent. I also placed all of the flowers as well. Thanks for looking!
Drunk Horse Cake
This is a 6" keylime cake with strawberry filling and keylime buttercream. Everything made of fondant except the beer can. It's a grooms cake for a cowboy!
Orchid Wedding Cupcake Tower
6" Vanilla cake with strawberry filling and vanillabean buttercream. This was my first try layering the fondant, next time I will roll a bit thinner, but it was fun! My husband made the cupcake tower (he is the best!) The vanilla cupcakes are filled with strawberry filling and the chocolate with raspberry filling. Fondant flower cutouts and sugar pearls for decoration. The flowers are fresh orchids, I left about 1/2" of stem, put a toothpick through it and wrapped with floral tape and stuck toothpick into cake.
Casino Charity Event Cake
Donated this cake to an event. 10" 8" & 6" tiers 2 with vanilla wasc and 1 with key lime wasc with strawberry fillling. All fondant decorations, this was a fun and challenging cake. I am getting better and definately will learn from my mistakes!
Doll Burst Cake
Had a customer who wanted a doll cake, so I thought I would change up the usual dress cake! 6" Chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate fudge b/c. Small but fun! I had inspiration from another cake on CC but can't remember the members name.
6" cake on top with sculpted fondant princess fairy to match invitations. Ribbon roses and a crowns are placed on the sides. The cupcakes have ribbon roses on them as well as sugar pearls. The cake was strawberry vanilla swirl with fresh lemon buttercream. One of my first cakes and my first cupcake tower!
This was for my cousin's boys birthday. He wanted wrestling, football, basketball and BMX all in one cake so this is what I came up with! It is an 8" cake, I sculpted the wrestling figurines out of fondant with Tylose and hand piped the BMX figures on the fondant circles.
I had lots of fun making this cake! A doll cake with a twist, I used flesh colored fondant to cover the top of the neck and made a fondant bone sticking out. The guts hanging from the head are also fondant and the blood is decorating gel that I made (used red and brown coloring). I had to cut a bobby pin and used it around the thumb to fasten to hair.
