Pumpkin Pie cupcakes- recipe from CC member (sorry cannot remember name right now). Fondant ghosts and spiders with fondant accents. The spiders legs are the only inedible parts- made up of artificial flower stamens. Buttercream 'pumpkins'. These were lots of fun to make! TFL

Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake

Minnie Mouse cake. Accents are all fondant. I attempted airspraying but my machine gave me so much grief I had to start over and hand paint, hence the scruffy finish. This was for my daughters 2nd Birthday, and she immediately recognised it was Minnie so I'm happy :)

Fondant Teddy Bear

This will be going onto a Baby Shower cake as a surprise for a colleague who leaves soon to have her baby. This is all fondant with some tylose to strengthen. I will post pics of the finished cake if it isn't a disaster!! (Only my 2nd attempt at decorating).

1St Birthday Cake

This was my first ever attempt at cake decorating, and was for my daughters 1st Birthday- no pressure!! The rabbit is based on one of her toys. The cake was one layer strawberry with vanilla pudding mix, and one layer devils food cake with butterscotch pudding mix. The filling was BC mixed with melted marshmallow. The rabbit is made out of RKT, and all other decorations are sugarpaste, except the butterfly wings which are royal icing. The cake went down a treat I'm happy to report!
