Vanilla Cake with Dulce de leche filling, covered with Fondant. The doll was made out of rice crispy. Everything was edible. The size of the cake was 14in. and the doll was 12 in. high. I used a styrofoam for the base covered with a paper with a brick pattern.

Bettercream Icing with Gumpaste Decorations. Skull was made out of rice krispy treats covered with gumpaste. Blue Color spray for water likeness and animal crackers for sand. Everything was edible but the flag.
A yellow cake with chocolate and vanilla pudding filling, covered in Fondant and gumpaste decorations. Fondant was airbrushed. The #1 is a carved cake also covered in fondant. I made this cake in buttercream icing with a basketweave around the cake and grass on top. I modeled Luigi in fondant.
I made this cake with with fondant and Gum Paste. I modeled all the penguins in Gum Paste with royal icing as the melting ice around the cake and with a gelatin pond.
I made this cake with a merengue cover and the car was made out of Gum Paste.
Made out of buttercream icing with a star tip. It was a very challenging cake.
