Zebra Birthday

Red Velvet, w/ Cream Cheese Frosting,,the customer actually found this cake on here in fondant, so it was a CC inspiration, she sent me the picture. I had the toughest time with the frosting though, just wouldn't crust well enough to smooth, it was delicious though!

Our first Tiara made out of Royal icing! Rather pleased with how it came out! Cake was Vanilla with BC, Royal Icing flowers.

Empowered Parents

This was for a silent auction fundraiser for a group called Empowered Parents. Bottom layer chocolate with choc. BC, Top layer Vanilla with BC, My 12 yr old assisted me, this was for 250 people. The tents on top made of gumpaste and pretzels, the fire was made out of lifesaver hard candies, fence made out of royal icing, all other decorations made out of fondant.

4 layer White cake with strawberry filling. BC with BC Fondant deco and the mobile medallions were gumpaste! So much fun to make! Petit Four blocks same cake and covered with fondant!

Music Themed 40Th!

Music themed 40th birthday party. Music genres and methods from the 70's til now! 45's, record, cassettes, cd's , 8 trac, and ipod, along with the record player, boombox, and disco ball. Her number 40 on top decorated like Michael Jackson's glove, her favorite musician! This was fun, my 12 yr old and I did it together, and it was a hit! All edible, gumpaste and fondant decor!

Team Party

This is for my sons team party! Two 9x13 cakes, one chocolate butter the other vanilla butter, side by side, they also both have strawberry filling. BC frosting with graham cracker crumb and a chocolate butter cake for the the hat, covered in MMF, the bill is CC covered in MMF, the ball is CC, and the jersey is fondant also, hope it's a hit!
