Birthday cake for a friends grandmother. Her favorite candy is Peppermint Patties, so the cake is a dark chocolate fudge cake with a peppermint buttercream filling covered with chocolate buttercream. This was also my first attempt at the Rose Swirl technique
Monster High themed cake. Colors were based off from the little girls favorite character, Spectra Vondergeist. All decorations were made from fondant. Pretty excited at how it turned out :)

A little twist on the usual mothers day flowers. Everything is edible. Roses are made from Gummy Cherry candy, Leaves are make from strips of gum, and the stem is jelly beans.
Had a family party at our cabin last summer. These were so fun to make! Only problem I had was that I frosted them at the cabin with no AC! The frosting was practically melting off from them. I had to frost each cupcake individually and immediately put them in a fridge one by one. In the end they still turned out pretty cute.
My moms favorite flowers are Gerber Daisy's, so I attempted my first bouquet cake. Its only a small one, 6" rounds. Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting. The dome was constructed of Rice Krispy treats covered in fondant. All flowers were made from fondant.
