This cake was made for a skinny guy who always refers to himself as fat kid when he wants a burger, shake and fries. The cake is yellow cake with vanilla buttercream. The shake is chocolate buttercream and vanilla buttercream for the whipped cream. The cherry is fondant. The burger and bun are both rice krisipies covered in fondant and the fries are sugar cookies covered in a water and egg eggwash.
50th Birthday cake. Client wanted a really big "50" on top of a crown and that's exactly what I give him..lol. It was a very last minute order placed on a Tuesday for a Saturday delivery. Crown is gumpaste around a 9in round, 13in pillow cake ontop of an 16in square.
