I made this for the local fair.. I came in first place :) everything is made from fondant and rice krispie treats.. the popcorn box is cake tho. The two sticks are the only things that aren't edible!

He was graduating from IUP (was a school cop...and they carry a blue gun). He was then attending the police academy to become a PA state trooper. The gun and donut are made from RKT covered in fondant, and the bullets and handcuffs are also fondant.
The big stump is red velvet and the smaller stump is vanilla cake all with almond icing and covered in fondant. everything was edible EXCEPT the pinecones! :)
