My final cake for Wilton Course two
A cake I made for my scout group. Its a golden cake with buttercream icing and it was my first time covering a cake in fondant. I made the tent out of fondant too and the camp fire is an electric tea light candle covered in Oreo crumbs and surrounded by pretzles. TFL!

Chocolate cupcakes with cheesecake filling, cookies and cream icing and a tiny Oreo to top it off! The icing ended up being to chunky to pipe easily so after trying a few times I just ended up plopping it on with a spoon :P
I saw sue6123's recipe for pink lemonade cupcakes and I thought it sounded great so I tried them out. I found them slightly tart so I sprinkled them with pink sugar. Delicious!
My final cake for course one. I roses are not great at all, but I've been practicing and I'm getting much better!
