Customer wanted a sushi cake for Father's Day. I know nothing about it but did my best. Customer was pleased but I see LOTS of room for improvement! Sushi was RKT and cake balls covered in fondant and coconut. Red Velvet cake covered in Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting.
This was a birthday cake I did for a woman who loved to take her pontoon out on the lake. I used piping gel and food color for water. Graham cracker crumbs for sand. All other accents are MMF. Canopy, tent , umbrella and towel are fruit snacks.

This is a strawberry chocolate chip cake I made for my daughter's birthday. It was the first time I tried using buttercream fondant. I painted the stripes on using black candy chocolate which was also used for the top border.
