Alice In Wonderland
This was a particularly fun cake to make as I was able to incorporate various details and characters from the books. The idea of Alice falling through the hole I found when I googled for ideas. The cake is a 10", 6" and 4" tiered construction covered in fondant. All the details are fondant.

Girls Slumber Party
This is one of my own designs and I've enjoyed making variations of it for different occasions. It generally try to add some detail that is true to the receiver's bedroom, such as wall decoration or carpet color, etc. The bed is a 9" square. The headboard and night- stands are made of cookie. All the details are fondant.

Madagascar
I made this cake several years ago and might improve on the "beach" element if I were to do it again, and perhaps Alex the Lion's mane, but am still very proud of it. I thank the mother who ordered it for the idea of the crates, which enabled me to hide the giraffe instead of trying to figure out how to have him standing with his long neck! The cake is a basic devil's food, with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. The crates are also pieces of cake. The figures are fondant with gum tex.

50Th Birthday Of The Mini Cooper
This cake was ordered for the 50th Birthday of the Mini by the Mini Club of Athens. I was extremely nervous as I felt the details would be under great scrutiny and therefore had to be very accurate.... I had a board custom-made so that it would have a back to add some background. As it is a city car I decided on a cityscape.

Dr. Seuss And Friends
After googling Dr. Seuss cakes I was inspired to make one of those towering creations I had seen but as it had to travel, I decided to stay safe. I did work with RKT for the first time - I made the ham with it. Next time I would make the fish bowl out of it as the cake settled and the fondant began to crack on the side... The cake is devil's food cake with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. The hat rim was a 12" and the hat was 6x 8"cakes stacked. I did put a cake board in the middle as well as on the bottom of the stack with straws for support.
