Super Bowl Xlv 2011
This was my first attempt at a Frozen Butter Cream Transfer. The cake took longer than I planned and I was tired and pressed for time so I got a little lazy and gave up with the decorating. I don't have the goal posts in (but I used lollipop sticks for them). The team names are done as a FBCT, everything else is freehand (I got sloppy, I hate trying to do straight lines) with buttercream frosting. Thanks for looking!!!

Pole Dancing Cake
This was a cake I made for a going away party. Everything is frosted freehand with Buttercream frosting. I used a smaller round cake to place on top as the "stage" with a dowel rod in the center to keep the cakes held together in place and to serve as the pole! I used a checkered theme to represent a dance floor. I used my daughter's polly pockets and just glued pictures of faces and money on them and a wrestler for the dancer. The spot lights are actually just tips filled with a yellow glitter gel frosting.

Easter Birthday Cake
This cake was for my daughters 2nd birthday. Her birthday fell on Easter that year, so I went with an Easter/Spring theme. The cake is made of all Buttercream frosting. I used Peeps for the bunnys on the cake and jellybeans for the Easter Eggs in the grass. The bunnys on the cupcakes are just decorative cupcake toppers.
