I made this for a friend's son and what a disaster. The golf ball is RKT covered in buttercream. I didn't think it was very heavy and didn't use any dowels to support it. The next morning the bottom layer had a huge crack and was hanging off the cakeboard. I had to redo the entire cake the following day and I made sure to use dowels this time. I will make sure to always use dowels in the future no matter what!

I made this for my daughter's 5th birthday which was a tea party. She wanted a rainbow on the cake but I could not figure out how to incorporate it into the design so I made the cake layers a rainbow. The cake was buttercream with fondant decorations. I was happy with how it came out except for the handwriting of her name. I still need to work on my handwriting.
