1St Big Quinceanera Cake!
This was my first big cake! 16", 12", 8", 6" cakes! It was quite a challenge because i had not done a 4 teired cake before! Bottom Teir was a Vanilla Cake w/ Java-Cofee Buttercream filling, next teir up was Vanilla Cake w/ Strawberry butter cream, strawberry glaze, and Fresh Strawberrys in the middle. Next teir up was Chocolate cake w/ Vanilla buttercream, and the top teir was chocolate cake w/ Mint Chocolate Chip & Kaluha buttercream.

Rebekah's Tropical Fiesta Cake!
My friend's birthday party was a tropical fiesta, so i googled and saw a cake that i thought would be perfect! I added a couple different things to it, everything is edible except the little umbrella. But this was my first Disaster Cake!! It seemed like everthing went wrong! At the last minute it started Sinking!! aahhh!! i did a quick fix but ugh! i think if i do this one again there tons of things i would do differently!

Purple Zebra Cake!
My Boss' Son called me at 8pm the night before his girlfriend's birthday and asked me to make a cake for him. I really underestimated how long it would take. I pulled an all nighter and i finished just in time to go to work the next day!! No sleep!! ugh!! but i guess it turned out ok! lol

First 2 Tiered Cake!
I wanted to try something a little bit bigger than my first two fondant cakes, so i used two 8" round pans and two 6" round pans! It was also my first time making my own butter cream and my own fondant!! Thanks to YouTubers, i made Marshmellow Fondant and Buttercream on my own!! woohoo!
