Castle Casualty
I had a problem with the castle to begin with, but with the humidity and heat of the summer and the person stopping in front of me on the freeway causing me to slam on my breaks, this is what the cake looked like when I got to the party. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry, so I laughed and tried to salvage it. The little girl loved it and didn't even notice anything was wrong with it, but she was only 3 so I guess it wasn't a big deal anyway!

Princess Ariel Cake
My daughter said she wanted a princess cake and then switched to an Ariel cake at the last minute. She played with my pans and pillars and came up with this shape. I had 9 hours to do this cake including baking time. It turned out really good and the kids and parents were extremely impressed.

Bow/ Gourmet Cake
For a friend's Chanukah dinner party. She found a recipe in a gourmet cooking magazine and asked me to do it exactly like the picture in the book. I did not allow the modeling chocolate to dry enough so the bow was sagging and I put the entire recipe of chocolate sauce on the cake so it kept dripping. It tasted AMAZING tho!
