Top and bottom tier are chocolate with ganache filling and the middle tier is white with raspberry filling. Was a lot of fun to make.

Fly Fishing Cake

This is for my dad's retirement party. He loves fly fishing. This was my first time making a person. This is also my first time using modeling choc.. I loved working with it. This is a 8in choc. cake with choc. ganache filling and a 14in choc. cake with choc. peanut butter frosting and chopped up reeses peanut butter cup for the filling. My dad is a big fan of choc. and peanut butter. Had such a fun time doing this. Hope you enjoy too.

Tank Cake

This was for my 7 year old Nephew. We put army men on it at the party. Thanks for all the great ideas on this site. He was so excited!! I used modeling chocolate for the wheels and gun barrel was a pretzel rod covered with the modeling choc.
