Made a chocolate cake, with a layer of icing, a layer of fondant and then another layer of icing. I know.... weird! I didnt have enough fondant, so it was cracking and it was a mess. So i put a layer of icing ontop... fixed it up really well i think. Penguins and heart are made with fondant. For my boyfriend, for our second anniversary.
