Sock Monkey
A 6" and 4" full fondant cake with handmade and painted sugar topper. Customer described this in so much detail, I was certain to not make her happy, however she was quite pleased. WHEW!! (I forgot his tail!!! Didn't realize this until all done, but thankfully about an hour before she arrived!)

Pink, Rose Cake
Made for a neighborhood friend. 6" w/ pink Satin Ice fondant, gum paste rose and leaves and gold painted fondant border. She loved it, and the family complimented the raspberry filling. ;) It didn't have raspberry filling. It was cherry. Oh, and she ate the rose...Most save the rose, she didn't. Oh well, it was her gift to do with as she wanted.

Christmas Shopping
This is a dummy cake and was decorated for a friend's gift boutique store. She was allowing me to promote myself during her holiday open house themed after her Lilly Pulitzer product line. So I did my best to incorporate the season, with shopping, her pink and green party theme, and a few skills I could offer them on any cake they may want to purchase. She and her customers loved it! The shoe is from Stephen Benison's cutters, the tree from JEM cutters, the snowflakes are from CelCakes molds, the paisleys are a combo of ISAC cutters and FMM (?) tappits.

My Big Mcqueen Cake
Made this for my son's 5th birthday this December. It is about 15x11x4.5 inches. Wanted to do all graphics by hand, but just ran out of time and hubby suggested just using our food printer. Son preferred the printed graphics. Only complaint from my son (for days and days) was I forgot Lightning's gas cap!!

Gobble, Gobble!
I made this for my son's Pre-K party. The kids loved it. The idea was from the Wilton website. Although simple it was very time consuming and rather costly in materials. Styrofoam base alone was $10, and then theres the chocolate, ribbon, cookie ingredients, etc . I did airbrush the cookies instead of using the sanding sugar as Wilton suggests. The teacher was thankful, as the sanding sugar makes such a mess when the children gobble it up.

Red Riding Hood
12" single layer round, choc. on choc. Little Red Riding Hood baby shower cake. Wolf peeping around trees to get Red. Kind of creepy if you ask me. She wanted me to build everything 3D and brighten it up the best I could. So this is what I came up with. Trees are RI over ice cream cones, airbrushed and pearlized. Most other decor is fondant and/or gumpaste. Path is graham crackers.
