baby ocean creatures will be provided on location. poor girl spend a lot of money on the deposite to have her sons party in a water park but it started raining badly and lighting-ing... so they closed the water park and had to rent a regular shelter =( she was so sad but was so excited when she saw the cake! chocolate and marble cake with dark chocolate buttercream.

im super proud of this one. 3 tiers are pink velvet with chocolate ganache filling and cream cheese icing and 2 are strawberry cake with fresh strawberry filling and swiss meringue buttercream. flowers took 2 weeks to make (took my time to let them dry, especially the leaves. fabric ribbon and royal icing details enjoy!

i should have used the double barrel technique for this. the cake was way taller but with the weight of everything it sunk... oh well, it still came out nice and the birthday boy loved it! hand painted can, birthday boy is polymer clay (who is wearing a miami heat shirt and hat lol), everything else is fondant.
Made this for a college graduate who was going to celebrate in Puerto Rico! i have NO idea how they managed to get the cake there but they did!! Chocolate cake with swiss meringue buttercream. cake topper is polymer clay, hat is foam covered in fondant and gumpaste. tfl!
