I made this for a friends 2yr old son birthday! The bed was cake covered in fondant. The toy chest was made with cereal treats and edible paint and fondant. The little toys in the Toy Chest was modeling chocolate. I wanted to make the Woody and Buzz but the mom wanted him to be able to keep them. This is one of my favorites!! a BBQ shop opened and wanted a Cake for the grand opening and this is what i came up with. Covered in butter Cream and cereal Treats used for the charcoal. butter cream for the flames. This took me longer than i thought it would. about 9 hours. It was fun though! Thanks for looking!
this was Crazy! a friend asked me to do her husband B-day cake I said Sure! what she did not tell me was that the only thing he liked was APES and DRUMS! LOL so this is what i came up with! This cake was done for a Juneteenth Celebration (The end of Slavery) I started with the slave in chains and in front of a cotton field. then I told the story of Emmit Till (Google the name if you dont know that story) then you have ms. Rosa Parks and the Bus and Martin Luther King Jr. in front of the Washington Monument and then on to Obama at the white house. ALL pcs were edible. Cereal treats and modeling chocolate. I called the Cake "We've Come This Far By Faith" It was an Honor to do this Cake for such a GREAT event held in Clinton Iowa!
This was done for a friend's Sisters baby shower. the cake is covered in butter cream frosting and i used fondant for the letter and numbers. The baby herself was done in cereal treats was covered in modeling chocolate. She was one of my Favorites!
This was fun! I used Butter Cream (Vanilla & Chocolate) and made homemade cut out sugar cookies for the butterflies. The garden tools were made out of modeling Chocolate.
