Easter Hydrangea Cake
My family's Easter cake! Found inspiration from so many sources for this! I used a lemon blueberry cake recipe with lemon curd filling found at Sweetapolita's blog and piped all the hydrangea blossoms with a light lemon buttercream. My overall inspiration for a hydrangea cake was from I Am Baker and I used Glorious Treats' method of piping the blossoms on with a large Wilton 2D tip - so quick and easy! A green fondant hydrangea leaf, and I was done! :)

Fireman's Wedding
Wow, this was an intense cake for me! Top tier was fresh strawberry cake with chocolate ganache filling, middle tier was fresh peach cake with vanilla bean cream cheese filling, bottom tier was brown sugar cake with key lime curd filling, all covered with fondant. Firetruck grooms cake was chocolate cake with cherry buttercream, covered with fondant. The bride and groom were hand formed using fondant/gum paste. My attempt at replicating a design by Pink Cake Box :)

Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? Cupcakes
Vanilla cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting and hand made fondant/gum paste toppers modeled after characters from the book "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" for a little guy's Birthday! Some of the most detailed toppers I've ever done, but enjoyed it! :)
