My husband was all super excited when they came out with Star Wars Xbox but since he won't be getting that for his birthday, I thought it will cool to make him a Star Wars xbox cake. I had some crappy weather here, rain and muggy but I am glad it didn't turn out that bad. This is my first time working with rice krispy (controller) so I am pretty with the outcome. I painted it with Americolor gold glaze but it became kinda sticky (I didn't have much problem with the black) so I am not sure why. The power button lights up, I used blinking lights that you can get from Michaels at the wedding aisle (that's the only 1 they have). And I have a lot of help from Ambrosiaca on making the candy melt on how the light can shine through.
