This is a wedding cake that I did for a friend. It is three tiers - each tier is two layers with filling inside. The ties are covered in white fondant, brushed with piping gel and covered with white sparkle sugar. The flowers are gumpaste ribbon roses, and the topper is accented with gum past calla lilies.
