Bonsai tree cake. Base is a Vanilla Bean cake and the blue pot is also the same flavour cake. Tree, cherry blossoms and stones are made out of gum paste. I used a combination of tutorials from Craftsy.com & Youtube to put this cake together.
6" and 10" red velvet cakes with layers of french vanilla BC. I covered both cakes with Wilton rolled fondant (was having issues with my homemade fondant that day due to humidity). I used gold and purple ribbon around the cake. I made the roses the night before from gumpaste. Topper was supplied by the lady.
