This was a request that I had never done before. Its a 3 layer Italian Creme Cake. I could not pipe with the icing being full of pecans, so I only used a spatula. I hope they like it!

Baby Rump Cake Feet are rice kripsy treats covered in fondant. Rump is a small cake baked in a pyrex bowl. Cake is 8" round vanilla. Designs are all fondant and covered in buttercream.

This is my first time using whipped cream frosting. I bought Bettercreme from a local cake supply store and thought it was wonderful to use. The customer wanted a simple white whipped frosting cake with lemon and yellow cake. I torted and filled 9" cake
10" chocolate bottom tier & 8" vanilla top tier. All iced and decorated in buttercream. I rarely do buttercream cakes because I prefer to use fondant and decorate with buttercream. So this is a new experience for me. I got the idea from Grandmom's Princess Cake (who did a fantastic job!)

Groom is sitting on edge 'fishing for love' while bride is in a bed of gumpaste daisies(wedding flower). Trees and cat-tails are the only things not edible on this cake.
