First time making a chocolate mousse icing & filling from scratch
As per my usual cakes for the final classes of the course I seem to be always doing something unique and unlike everyone elses cake..so here you go!
Made for the president of my company. His grandkids call him Bobo so the cake was to bobo. This is bobo driving his caddy.
made for a 15 year old's birthday
My Chocolate Buttercream Cake! 2nd attempt at the basketweave prior to the actual lesson! Pretty happy with the way it turned out!!
Only have just started Wilton 2, but I have to make a Chocolate basketweave cake. So I figured I should practice before I actually decorated the cake for the boss. I think that it turned out pretty good. I should have added a border on the top but I ran out of icing!
Figured I needed to practice the roses some more so I after my first class of Wilton 2 I had all this left over icing. Might as well practice! This time around the cake looks great. Its a cherry chip cake with vanilla buttercream. And I used the oval pan from the course
Not having any luck with Roses so I figured with the left over icing I should practice my roses. I am definately getting much better!
Just practicing my techniques.....this is a chocolate WASC cake with a strawberry fililng
Thought I would practice the roses....they are so hard!! My third rose cake.
Thought I would practice with the 1M tip prior to Wilton 2 starting. I think I did pretty good!
Attempted the drop flower technique prior to class!
Practicing the stars & dot technique so more from Wilton Course 1
