Pink Castle
My first castle!! I learned everything right here on CC. I want to thank every baker who made a castle, because I took a piece of everyone!! Thank you. The cakes are brownies with ganache. Turrets are RCT. Everything is covered in fondant or a 50/50 mix of fondant and gumpaste. The only thing not edible are the toothpicks holding the flags. Thank you to everyone for teaching me how to decorate cakes, I'm having so much fun being your student!!

My Very Own Pot Of Gold
The cake was made with "Elvis Presley's" whipping cream cake and frosted with buttercream, although the cake doesn't need a frosting, it's wonderful alone. For the rainbow I used white chocolate. Everything else was done with fondant. Again, I thank everyone on CC for "teaching" me different techniques, for my new found hobby!!

Princess Victoria
This was my first 2 tier cake. I made it for my grand daughters first birthday. I used MMF to cover the cake, the flowers and the crown. I "painted" the gold accents using gold pearl dust. I stumbled across Butterfly Cakes on the internet and was truly inspired to try cake decorating.
