This was made with 9" heart pans, 2 layers for the wings and 6 cupcakes stacked 2 high for the body. BC icing. Had fun doing this, no stress as it was for an 8 yr old. I was going to use the wilton pan but spent a night awake thinking up ways to do it without the butterfly pan!
My first order for a cake. BC icing with MMF accents. Had fun doing this but I need some practice handling fondant. Lesson # 1 Don't use white royal icing to glue the fondant together!! I was just seeing if it would work and it did..... but I should have known to tint it pink!
I made these for a real estate friend. She had 50 real estate agents eating them and the phone has not stopped ringing for orders since! I have to thank smileyface for the decorating idea. NFSC and Royal Icing.

I made these cookies for a 3yr olds tea party, i had fun doing them and learned a lot about icing consistancy, dough thickness etc. I made hearts as well. I can't wait to do more!
This was the first attempt at doing a cake after completing the wilton I class. I just played around with the colours and thought poka dots would be fun for a 3yr old. It's not the best cake out there but I am proud at my first attempt. I just want to keep on practicing!
