Made this for my 4 year old nephew, all he asked was for a strawberry cake with candies lol, so it's a strawberry sponge with strawberry icing, covered in fondant, with jelly beans around the edge (not too many candies) :) TFL!
this was supposed to be a toy box cake but i didn't end up putting the lid on it. this was for my friend's baby shower it was my first time doing the animals,they are fondant mixed with tylose, marble pound cake, chocolate fondarific is the box (delicious and very workable). TFL!
Shoe box cake is a 6 layer devils food cake, with alternate layers of buttercream and chocolate icing. The stilettos are gumpaste, the heel has a wire inside. Unfortunately my 2nd stiletto didn't set straight :( but it's my first try and I'm very happy about the results! Fondant roses and gumpaste pearl bracelet. TFL!
My first shoe!!! After hunting down all kinds of inspiration it worked! :) Hand painted zebra print in dark purple to match the cake. TFL!!!
3D grinch head, 4 cakes, iced with BC and covered in MMF and fondarific for the hat (which you cannot see btw tastes amazing!) Carved and hand painted accents, inspired by a cake i saw online. Pics don't do it justice but it was awesome! :) TFL!
