This is a cake that I made for my son's 5th birthday. Unfortunately it was 100+ degrees outside during a rainstorm and we were all huddled under a tiki and the cake started to melt, so this is one of the only pictures that I got to take. Not a great photo, but a very happy little boy who LOVED his Angry Birds Birthday Cake! I actually have the yellow bird being shot out of the slingshot on a wire with the white dots - just like the game!
I made this for my friend's 40th birthday - it is only my 4th cake. The decorations on the cake are all fondant and the lettering is gumpaste on a fondant background. I used the cricut machine for the lettering and scrolls.
These are Hello Kitty cake pops - chocolate fudge brownie cake inside with white wilton candy melts outside. Fun to make!
This is a Hello Kitty birthday cake that I made for a friend. It's my 5th cake and it was very fun to make! Everything on the cake is fondant and the letters were made with 50/50 fondant & gumpaste. I made the Hello Kitty cake pops as party favors :)
My daughter Amanda's 2nd Birthday cake - The 3rd cake I have ever made. The top is fondant and the sides are buttercream - all the decorations on the cake are fondant including the letters. The Minnie figure on the right is a candle (not fondant) :)
