This was my first time using a dummy cake to give the bottom block height. It is a 10in' white cake buttercream frosting covered in fondant and the top block is a three layer 6in cake coverding buttercream (ran out of fondant and was out of town ) the letter are chcolate candy
This is one of my biggest cakes that I have done and so far has been my best work . I have only been doing this since September of 09' I was so proud of myself expect the fact that it got to my niece and nephew's party an hour and a half late..... good thing it was family! 6in' cake at the top 8in' cake at the bottom.
This is a 10'in 2 layer white cake and the Hello Kitty was carved. The bow,whiskers and flowers are all gumpaste and the eyes and nose are jelly beans.
