This was specifically requested - one big flower with lots of little flowers, so there wasnt much else I could do! lol The centre cake was a 7" round that I carved to the flower shape.
The person who requested this cake asked for something traditional and mentioned that her mothers original flowers were peach roses, so this is what I came up with! its a 10" sponge with buttercream and jam.
This was inspired by another cake here on CC where the person actually supplied me the picture from here. I dont have the name, but thank you to whoever you are. Its a 10" round and all the figures are modelled from fondant with tylose.
This was for a 5 year old little girl who is obsessed with being a princess! Girly and pink was the request! The castle is a 7" and 5" sponge and all accents are fondant with tylose.
This was for my 12 year old nephew who absolutely adores his xbox. Of course all my inspiration was taken from the other xboxes here on CC - so thank everyone. It was a 9x13 sponge with butter cream and jam for the actual xbox, and the control and game box were RKT.
For a 9 year old boy - the Man Utd football shirt and matching cupcakes. Cupcake decorations and shirt accents are fondant mixed with tylose.
SMBC on vanilla sponge. scrolls are fondant with tylose.
Inspired by others seen here on CC. It was only a 7" sponge but the birthday girl absolutely loved it - being a huge wizard of oz fan. The slippers and emerald city are fondant mixed with tylose.
These were very sleigh bells bling!
This was highly inspired by all the similar cakes here on cake central. The person requested every number up to but excluding his actual age - 60! lol
This one was my first attempt at a tiara. Its a 9x13 sponge cake with jam and buttercream filling.
One of my first few cakes ever done.
This is my second ever fondant cake, done for my nieces first birthday. This cake was of course inspired by several of the same design here on cc, so thanks to everyone for that.
This is my sons christening cake, and my first ever fondant covered cake, and first tiered cake. I didnt make the topper - I bought that already made because I didnt have any clue about gumpaste or modelling at the time lol
