Death by Chocolate with Raspberry. Four layers of dark chocolate cake sandwiching 3 layers of dark chocolate ganache with raspberry, covered in dark chocolate ganache. I tried a chocolate wrap for the first time with the white choc. I was going for a wavy effect but it just looks like I can't make it level. Also tried frosting it with the upside down technique.

In real life you could see green and purple on the hat. Done in butter cream with a fondant brim. Everything except the feather and hat pins is edible. Pina colada cake with rum BC. Thank you to the forums for help with the recipe!!!

First attempt at ganache. Need to figure out the smoothing process a little better, but the taste was heaven and I can definitely see why you use it under fondant instead of BC. TFL

This was an interesting request. A cake for a math whiz. The kid was turning 12 and does high school math. The equation on top was from his math tutor and would equal 12 if I hadn't left out a subtraction symbol at the beginning. Luckily I am the only one who noticed. The kid didn't look too close and no one at the party got out a piece of paper and worked their math skills. lol. All fondant. TFL

I wanted to try quilling on a Friday night. I know the shape of the drum doesn't match but I was just practicing. I do like how it came out though. TFL!

I had already bake, filled, and crumbcoated this cake for a baby shower when the order was cancelled/postponed since the client was hospitalized unexpectedly. So I changed the design, had some RI leftover to make the snowflakes and just played around. Vanilla cake with chocolate mousse and buttercream icing.
Gluten-free chocolate mint candy corn cuppies, Lemon with raspberry filling and BC and MMF leaves, and pumpkin spice with cinnamon BC and MMF pumpkins.
