This is a homemade chocolate buttermilk cake with my own recipe for raspberry cream cheese frosting/filling The cake is glazed with chocolate ganache (my first attempt at ganache) and piped with both ganache and raspberry cream cheese frosting. As a finishing touch, a variety of truffles were aranged on the cake. I just started decorating cakes and this was a valentines gift for my son's pre-k teacher.
