Belle Doll Cake
The doll was from the Disney store. It was a 17 inch doll that sings when you hold its hand. I made the skirt out of a 12 inch, 10 inch, bundt cake and 6 inch cakes. Then just carved it down to make the skirt and covered in fondant. The skirt is golden vanilla with lemon icing filling. The green tier on the bottom is devils food with white icing and andees mints.

Marshmallow Fondant Cake With Flowers And Border
I made this cake with a reduced fat chocolate cake mix made with only a can of diet cherry coke. It was filled with a mixture of buttercream icing and cherry pie filling. Tasted great! The bottom of the fondant was a little jagged so I added the border. I added the green circles and dots on the side to cover the seams of the border.

1St Cake - Wilton Course 1
This is the first cake I ever made for my Wilton course 1. Really happy how the rainbow turned out. I wrote the text on there thinking it would be like Alice in Wonderland "eat me" "drink me" because my husband was taking it to work to share. Didn't realize until later that it could be considered dirty :)

Watermelon Surprise Cake
I won first place in the NCO Chocolate Festival for this cake. It was a white cake that had cherry koolaid mix added to make the cake red. It then had chocolate chips mixed in so when you cut the cake it looked like a slice of watermelon. There are chocolate chips on the top too and the sides have watermelon flavored jelly bellies.
