Captain America

1/4 sheet cake - buttercream transfer of Captain America. My very first attempt at doing this. I am happy with the results, thank goodness. TFL!!

Peace Signs & Tennis Shoes

2-tier Darn Good Choc. Cake with vanilla butterecream, covered in white Satin Ice fondant. Peace signs made from gumpaste and painted with silver luster dust. Shoes made from gumpaste as well. TFL!!

Ivory Wedding Cake

This is my very first wedding cake. I do love how it turned out. The cake is 2-tiered (8" & 5") covered in ivory Satin Ice. All the other work is fondant as well. TFL!!

Very Hungry Caterpillar

8" square cake (4 layers) Darn Good Chocolate Cake iced with VBC. The customer who ordered this cake from me was doing the whole Hungry Caterpillar book as the menu for her son's bithday party. I loved the idea that the cake was one of the items the caterpillar ate through. Super cool!

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse

Pink Zebra Stripes

2-tiered, 10" & 8" White Sour Cream Cake iced with VBC and covered with pink & black zebra striped fondant. I had a great time decorating this cake. I love the bow, made from fondant, and the black beads on both tiers. TFL!!

White Rose Cake

White Sour Cream Cake filled and iced with VBC. This was my first attempt at the 1M Rose Cake. I really enjoyed making it and love the look of the roses on the top, but need to practice the roses on the side.
