Just a little something I threw together :) Made if for my best friend, she deserved it. Top teir is chocolate fudge with vanilla buttercreme and the bottom teir is lemon cake with lemon buttercreme.
I saw this idea a few different places and just feel in love with it!!!!! I made these cupcakes for my daughters class and 2 special cupcakes for the teachers.
Although this cake isnt very creative and pretty looking, it sure did have flavor! My Father in law asked for a "classic" cake. He is also a huge coffee and chocolate lover so this is what I came up with. Chocolate mocha cake with chocolate kaluha filling and coffee icing, topped with chocolate covered coffee beans. It was a hit!
I made this cake for my husband and father in law who are huge lovers of golf. The bottom teir is a white chocolate cake with vanilla icing and the top is a double chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling. The cakes are seperated with golf balls and the toppers are made of fondant/gumpaste.
