Winter Wedding Cake
We made this cake for a couple who were going to blend their family. We were given guidelines (must have winter feel, have brown/pink and must include both sets of children in theme) but were allowed to design and surprise the bride and groom. They did not see it until the reception. Butter cream with fondant snowflakes and chocolate clay pinecones.

Ice-Cream For Becca
My daughter's 3rd b-day cake. Thanks to all who have inspired us on CC! My husband even made the cone from CAKE! All buttercream even the cone. 1st scoop is chocolate, 2nd is just pink, green has mind chocolate candy pieces in it. We used the cake stacker system to put this one together. It was 2 ft tall!

Very First Wedding Cake
This was taken from Jennifer Dontz's cake in one of the first CC Magazines. It is butter cream with fondant ribbon, chocolate pearls, chocolate drapes. The bride provided the flowers. Thank you to Jennifer who has spent so much time talking to me about this. I am forever grateful for your help and knowledge decorating my very first wedding cake.

I Really Don't Know
I asked my son what kind of cake he wanted for his birthday. This is what he came up with. A Dr. Pepper can with a 4 leaf clover. ????? It was fun though. It was the first time trying Jennifer Dontz's chocolate fondant recipe. FANTASTIC! It tastes sooo much better than other fondants I have tried.

Foghorn Leghorn
This was a painful learning experience! Chocolate cake carved/covered w/fondant. RKT feet, beak and head. Hubby cut himself carving the cardboard to shape of the body needed 2 stitches. I was cleaning up after we were done and I cut myself on a fondant blade and had to have 5 stitches! My friend loved it! The displaying board is 28 X 22 so you can see how big it is. I've never carved anything but a pillow before but had a good time trying! Also a big THANK YOU to Mike Elder for answering my fondant questions!
