Vanilla cake with Oreo cream filling..fondant crust..red butter cream icing..shaved white choc. cheese..white choc. covered pretzels for onions..marshmallows dusted with cocoa for mushrooms heath bar crumbles for sausage..and candy Dots shaped into pepperoni and green peppers!! Another amature creation but sooo much to make!! TFL!!

My attempt at the laptop with warrior and alien crashing out of the screen(thanks to crustymuffin for the idea) This was very difficult for me but as always loved creating it!! It is a small pizza box (hubby helped with placing L brackets in back to keep "screen" upright covered in choc. frosting "broken" screen is rock candy recipe found here on CC!..The keyboard was just a print out both Alien and Warrior are Fondant..All choc. Cake with choc. frosting.. It was for my nephews B-Day He Loved It!!

My first attempt at a cupcake bouquet for Mothers Day. Lemon flavor cake..buttercream frosting and I also tried some geletine butterflies..(dragonflies are from store craft dept.)..boy do I need so much more practice ...but stil had a blast creating this!! My version of the Cinco Di Mayo Tacos....White choc.with crushed choc. sprinkles for"shells, choc. fudge cupcake crushed for "hamburger" ,cherries for "tomatoes", edible easter grass for "lettuce", yellow fondant for "cheese", and white frosting for "sour cream". OMG! This cake was abou 1 foot taller but it came crashing down! I could not get the frosting to match the fondant I used for the "arms & legs"! The best thing was the Dino egg I made and filled with little candies for my nephew to break like a pinata!! Everything is edible even the "nest" it is edible easter grass!! I had fun and laughed as it fell forward it tasted good and my nephew loved it! :(
I made these masks for Mardi Gras Party...They are home made Italian cookies shaped like masks and decorated with a confectionary glaze and assorted gels sprinkles and red string licorice
My Daughters favorite movie was Mary Poppins when she was growing up and so for her 27th birthday I made her a (very beginner looking) Mary Poppins Doll Cake with spoons full of sugar(white choc. covered spoons with colored sugar) The Back of the cake I made some Penguins from homemade cookies and marshellows) Challenging for such a beginner but so much fun!
