I am a fire inspector for the local fire department and made this cake for our annual fundraiser cake decorating contest and auction. Bottom tier is WASC and top is red velvet. Both covered with marshmallow fondant and details done in modeling chocolate.
Son requested for his 16th birthday since he is taking French this year. Top section is a carved wood base, 2nd section is French vanilla (of course...) and bottom section is dark chocolat(e). All covered in modeling chocolate with the very top being solid chocolate. Thanks for looking!
