choc fudge cake, raspberry ganache filling (Yummy!), covered in ganache, then added whipped ganache with whipped cream peaks up the sides. Platter deco w whipped cream, bag tinted w the leftover ganache. Intensely rich. Taste reminded me of costco's choc tier cake except w the hint of raspberry.
